Purchase Agreement

By accepting delivery of any product ordered from Yellow Print website, you ("Customer") agree to be bounded by the terms and conditions listed below. You and Yellow Print agree that the following terms and conditions are the exclusive terms governing the sales transaction between Customer and Yellow Print. Any attempt to alter, modify or amend these terms and conditions by the Customer will be considered as a material alteration of this agreement and, therefore, are null and void. In addition, these terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, without prior written notice. Therefore, please check these terms and conditions carefully each time you place an order with or accept delivery of any goods from Yellow Print.

Warranties

The Website Owner makes no warranties, representations, statements or guarantees (whether express, implied in law or residual) regarding the website, the information contained on the website, you or your company's personal information or material and information transmitted over our system.

An order is not bonded upon Yellow Print until it is accepted; Yellow Print must receive payment before it will accept an order. Payment for products ordered is due prior to shipment. Customer can make payment online thru PayPal. You agree to pay the amounts due as specified on the invoice.

Total Time For Delivery

Yellow Print will try to deliver all the items to the customer as soon as possible. However, total time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time from the carrier. This can range from 1 to 3 working days (not include holidays and weekend), or certain items and location may takes longer time to deliver.

Shipping Charges

Your total cost for purchase of any product will include the shipping and handling charges shown on your invoice. However, your original shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of a returned product. Those fees are paid for the services provided by and to the original carrier, and will not be refunded to you if your item is returned for a refund to Yellow Print.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Yellow Print are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. All package sent are sealed with Yellow Print label on the package, if you believe the seal or package are broken when the items arrive to your doorstep, you can refuse to receive it and contact us for assistance.

Exchange & Return Policy

All products sold from Yellow Print are not refundable unless the product offered by Yellow Print itself is not as described. Most products are shipped with a return/exchange guarantee period unless otherwise noted in the product listing. However, the return/exchange guarantee period is not a trial or testing period, all products (unless otherwise indicated) must be returned with sufficient reason within 7 days from the Delivery Order date for exchange. All returned products must be in unused and full package condition. These terms apply to all returns. Yellow Print will return any products that were returned without any sufficient reason for exchange or any used or non full package items back to the customer at the customer's expense.

Physical Damage Policy

Physical damage to any product purchased at Yellow Print will effectively void warranty coverage. Physical damage product cannot be returned for warranty claim. Physical damage includes improper handling or any other type of damage sustained by irregular usage. Yellow Print will return any physically damaged product back to the customer at the customer's expense.

Warranties; All Product Sold "As-Is" Or "With All Faults"

Yellow Print is a reseller only. Products sold by Yellow Print are not manufactured by Yellow Print. The products may, however, be covered by each manufacturer's warranty, service, and support policy (if present). Yellow Print assigns and passes through to the customer any warranty of the manufacturer, and customer acknowledges that it shall have recourse only under such warranties and only as against the manufacturer of the products. Yellow Print makes no representation or express warranty with respect to the product except those stated in this document. Yellow Print disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, as to any such product, including and without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and any implied warranties arising from statute, trade usage, course of dealing, or course of performance.

All items sold through Yellow Print are sold "as-is" or "with all faults." the entire risk as to the quality and performance of these items is with the buyer. Should any of these items prove defective, do not function, or function improperly in any way following their purchase, the buyer, and not the manufacturer, distributor, or Yellow Print, assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing or repair.

Additional Disclaimer

1. Digital printing should have color different. Due to different model of printing machine, materials, ink, time, weather, humidity, there will be 5%-15% colour different in printing the image on the material by using same image file.
2. We suggest customers should print out a draft before printing. After received the drafts, customers need to confirm artwork and printing within 3 days.
3. All printing colour should follow our colour standard, customers cannot reprint or refund due to the colour different between the product and screen shot in computer, products or drafts from other companies.
4. Customers are required to check carefully for the quantity and quality of goods received, return will not be accepted after customers’ acceptance of goods.
5. In case of reprint is necessary, only same products can be returned in any circumstances, no refund nor change of products, design nor specifications would be accepted.
6. Yellow Print withholds the right to destroy any finished goods which are not picked up within 30 days after completion of printing; Yellow Print would not be responsible for any loss that caused; In such circumstances, any deposit nor pre-payment will be refunded, and Yellow Print withholds the rights to chase back the remaining amount or value of the goods.
7. Yellow Print is not responsible for any customer submitted file that does not match with customer confirmed requirements, which may include the file inconsistency with size / bleeding deficit / colour / cutting size / image resolution inadequate / lacking of fonts, and etc., and eventually lead to finished customer’s requirements with errors.
8. Yellow Print would only keep the electronic files of customers not more than 1 months.
9. Any allocation and provide login ID or password (hereinafter referred to as "User ID") are used for personal or commercial purposes. Subscriber or owner of such login account is made responsible for all statements and all acts. Subscriber will agree that when the user number is lost or stolen, or when confidentiality is violated, the account holder must immediately inform Yellow Print. Account holder also expressly agrees that Yellow Print based on password reminding and for the purpose to maintain our service and / or in accordance with an aggregate courts and / or government legal requirements to enter user’s account.
10. Customers guarantee that the printing content does not include any printed matter without authorization of the copyright holder text, images, designs, trademarks, currency and bank note or any of the copyrighted work; customers to ensure prints will not infringe any third party rights, including copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy and will not libel or defame any third party, and has obtained all necessary authorizations or permissions for third-party material into works of customers; customers guarantee that they have obtained all necessary permissions, rights and authorization of orders, and to authorize the printing of customers work; Yellow Print will request customers to submit or produce relevant authority authorization for verification if necessary.
11. If customers provided any printed contents which may involve defamation, invasion of privacy, counterfeit, copy, reproduce, intellectual property infringement, indecent, obscene, infringe any third party rights, currency and bank note or breach of our laws, and other printed matter, Yellow Print reserves the rights to refuse in printing. With the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yellow Print also will not be responsible or liable for the contents user nor any third party.
12. Customers undertakes that if any person, group or institution for (i) breach of the terms of service;, or (ii) any customers products in printed text, photos, images, graphics, or other materials covering or may be involved defamation, invasion of privacy, counterfeit, copy, reproduce, intellectual property infringement, indecent, obscene, infringe any third party rights, currency and bank note or violate our laws, the situation, and to make any form of litigation, claims, notification or take any action that will indemnify Yellow Print and its directors, officers and employees for any losses suffered, including but not limited to the relevant claims, losses, costs and reasonable attorneys' fees.
13. Yellow Print withholds the rights to make final decision on producing or printing of any files or materials from customers.
14. There is a minimum charge of RM15 for each product or service.
15. Full payment is required for all orders.

Artwork Requirements

1. Colour standard of all printed materials should refer to our standard in colour management; please do not refer to the standard on any monitor, screen or printed manuscript. Artwork must be in CMYK, Bitmap or Grayscale mode. All RGBs or Spot colours would be converted into CMYK for printing, should there be any variance induced, colour standard of all printed materials should also refer to our standard in colour management as well. Yellow Print will not be responsible for any colour shift dispute due to colour conversion.
2. All text must be created in outline shape.
3. Artwork should be created in actual size in 1?1 scale, and artwork's resolution should be set to 150 dpi.Yellow Print will not be responsible for making any changes in the artworks.
4. Double-sided Printing?1cm bleeding area is required. Others?No bleeding area is required.
5. CMYK colouring should not be under 10%, if it includes black in colour, please set to (C: 30%, M: 30%, Y: 30%, K: 100%).
6. Support software and file formats:

   • Yellow Print reserves the right to amend these and relevant Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
   • All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of Yellow Print and the respective merchants.
   • In case of discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version of Yellow Print website shall prevail.

Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, together with Yellow Print invoice regarding the products ordered by Customer, are the complete and exclusive agreement between Yellow Print and Customer, and they supersede all prior or contemporaneous proposals, oral or written, understandings, representations, conditions, warranties, and all other communications between Yellow Print and Customer relating to the subject products. This agreement may not be explained or supplemented by any prior course of dealings or trade by custom or usage.
